In the March 2004 issue of ISTF News (p. 3), we thanked Warren:
Farewell, and Thanks!
Dr. Warren T. Doolittle, President of ISTF from 1984 to the start of
2002, recently informed us that he would be dropping his ISTF volunteer
activities, due to a lingering back problem. We don’t let our
volunteers escape easily, but this gentleman has given far more than
was called for, and we greatly appreciate his stalwart contribution
over the years. His membership in ISTF continues, so we know he will
require that we continue along the high standard he set for us so many
years ago.
Warren, we wish you the very best in all future endeavors, and offer you our sincere “farewell, and thanks”.
ISTF Staff
Warren will be missed not only by his family, but also by his many colleagues who respected and admired him.
